Research Interests:

Microvascular circulation and control mechanism in patients with cold sensitivity (intolerance following injury or in relationship to disease processes).
The diagnosis and management of vascular disorders in the upper extremity.
Basic research in microvascular control in biologic models and vascular receptor function.
Pediatric and congenital hand deformity and disability.
The management of upper and lower extremity spasticity associated with cerebral palsy, head injury, spinal cord trauma, or other causes.
Predictors of outcome in disabled children and adults including health-related quality of life in patients and care-givers in relationship to interventions - non-surgical and surgical.
The role of neuromuscular blockade in cerebral palsy and limb spasticity.
The long-term consequences of hand/digit replantation.
Management of congenital hand problems.
